Master Degree in Food Science and Technology in 1992, at Milano University.
I have always worked in the Research and Development for Sealed Air. In particular, I followed the development of protective atmosphere packaging for different types of food stuffs, in Europe.
I have worked on most of Cryovac packaging systems in animal protein sector.
Currently, as part of the Customer Innovation Group, I am investigating new technologies and solutions for the food market.
I’m responsible for the Food Lab in Passirana Technical Centre.
