Dipendente dell’Agenzia Nazionale per le Nuove Tecnologie, l’Ambiente e lo Sviluppo Economico Sostenibile (ENEA) dal 2013, è economista ambientale con un dottorato in Economia e Metodi Quantitativi. Nel corso del suo contratto di ricercatore all’Università di Roma Tre, è stata distaccata per un anno all’Organizzazione per la Cooperazione e lo Sviluppo Economico (OCSE), per l’analisi della tassazione energetica e ambientale nei paesi membri.
Svolge attività di studio degli interventi di efficienza energetica riportati nelle diagnosi obbligatorie ai sensi dell’dell’Art.8 del D.Lgs. 102/2014 e partecipa al progetto europeo LEAP4SME, relativo all’efficienza energetica nelle Piccole e Medie Imprese e coordinato dal Dipartimento Unità Efficienza Energetica. Ha lavorato su attività di monitoraggio delle politiche di efficienza energetica, povertà energetica e sviluppo di scenari energetici. Ha redatto con il MiSE la Strategia per la Riqualificazione Energetica del Patrimonio Immobiliare Nazionale e ha seguito come responsabile la linea di attività relativa alla regionalizzazione degli scenari energetici nel progetto ES-PA “Energia e Sostenibilità per la Pubblica Amministrazione”. Ha partecipato come delegata alla Concerted Action per la Direttiva Efficienza Energetica e al Working Party Energy Efficiency dell’IEA.
Working in the National Agency for New Technologies, Environment and Sustainable Economic Development (ENEA) since 2013, she is an environmental economist with a PhD in “Economics and Quantitative Methods”. As researcher at Roma Tre University, she was seconded to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for one year, charged of monitoring energy and environmental taxation in member countries.
Her current activity is mainly devoted to the analysis of energy efficiency interventions included in the mandatory energy audits and to the LEAP4SME project, devoted to Small and Medium Enterprises and coordinated by the Energy Efficiency Department. She has previously worked on the monitoring of energy efficiency policies, energy scenarios and energy poverty. In particular, she collaborated closely with the Ministry of Economic Development for drafting the Italian Renovation Strategy and developed the macroeconomic scenarios included in the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan. She was also involved as main researcher in the regionalization of energy scenarios for the ES-PA project “Energy and Sustainability for Public Administration”, funded by the National Operational Programme on Governance and Institutional Capacity. She was member of the delegation for Concerted Action on Energy Efficiency Directive and IEA Working Party on Energy Efficiency.
