Presidente Angem

Carlo Scarsciotti è Presidente di Angem – Associazione Nazionale della Ristorazione Collettiva e Servizi Vari da luglio 2013, e portavoce ORiCon – Osservatorio Ristorazione Collettiva e Nutrizione dallo stesso periodo. Fino a maggio 2013 è stato Presidente di Compass Group Italia, per la quale ne ha ricoperto il ruolo di Amministratore Delegato da ottobre 2005 a aprile 2012. Si occupa di ristorazione da circa 20 anni. Prima di Compass è stato per 12 anni Presidente e Amministratore Delegato di Ligabue Catering. Ha avuto nel passato articolate esperienze tecniche, commerciali e gestionali prima in ABB Flakt, poi in Italtel prima di assumere nel 1989 il primo incarico come Presidente e Amministratore delegato nelle Industrie Technofrigo Dell’Orto, operante nel settore della refrigerazione e impianti agroindustriali. Ha una laurea in ingegneria nucleare e un master biennale in business administration alla Bocconi. Carlo Scarsciotti has been President of Angem - National Association of Foodservice and Support Services companies - and spokesman for Oricon – Foodservice and Nutrition Observatory - since July 2013,. Until May 2013 he was Chairman of Compass Group Italy, for which he served as Chief Executive Officer from October 2005 to April 2012. He has been involved in the foodservice business for about 20 years. Before Compass he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ligabue Catering for 12 years. In the past, he had numerous technical, commercial and management experiences first in ABB Flakt, then in Italtel, before taking on his first job as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Industrie Tecnofrigo Dell’Orto in 1989, operating in the fields of industrial refrigeration and agro-industrial plants. He has a degree in nuclear engineering and a two-year master's in business administration from Bocconi University.
