Giampaolo Betta holds a master degree in mechanical engineering and PhD in Food Science and Technology. He is professor in Food Science and Technology at the Engineering Faculty of the University of Parma and he is researcher of the Tecnopolo Siteia.
He offers design audits for in-use and new equipment with a focus on hygienic design, microbiological safety and cleanability. He is a conference lecturer and author of scientific literature on food processing published in recognized journals.
